Residents at Appleton Manor care home in Stockport enjoyed a successful afternoon of Music for Health as they showcased their inner musicians.
Music for Health is a special type of music therapy created to help Residents stimulate the body and mind.
Residents enjoyed singing along to various genres of music and guessing the names of different musical tunes.
Everyone was also able to choose a percussion instrument of their choice as they joined in with the music-making at Appleton Manor.
One Resident commented: “I absolutely loved our afternoon of Music for Health. Singing along to the different songs really did put a smile on my face.”
