Residents and family members at HC One's Saltshouse Haven enjoyed a lively session of Motivational Therapy.
They joined in with fun chair based exercises and activities and even took part in some Reminiscence and Visual Motivation tasks. Mentally stimulating music was played and Residents really enjoyed playing "Guess the Theme Tune".
