Highclere care home celebrated Mothers Day in style as they held an afternoon cream tea for Residents and their Relatives. The event was a success as they received such an impressive turnout of around 28 people!
Tables were nicely decorated and displayed delightful treats such as homemade sandwiches, cakes and scones, as well as some delicious chocolates. Residents and their families were able to sit and chat happily amongst themselves whilst enjoying the pleasant refreshments.
Adriana Rusu, Home Manager, commented:”Everyone had such a lovely afternoon, with Residents particularly enjoying the cream tea. Colleagues worked especially hard to ensure everyone was able to enjoy themselves, and it was lovely to see so many people interacting.”
