Residents at HC-One’s Cold Springs Park care home in Penrith explored their creative side creating beautiful flower pieces for ladies in the home to wear on Mothering Sunday.
The ladies came together to design their very own flower, choosing their favourite colours for the petals and adding some finishing touches to make theirs truly unique. Residents chatted as they created their flowers and shared their favourite memories of previous Mother’s Days that they have shared with their loved ones.
Everyone was pleased with the final results and are excited to wear their flower with pride on Mothering Sunday on 22nd March.
Cold Springs Park Home Manager, Jacqueline Johnstone said: “The flowers look beautiful, I can’t wait to see all of our lovely ladies wearing them with pride this Sunday.”
