Sandon House care home was delighted to receive a generous act of kindness from pupils at the local school.
Residents welcomed the students to Sandon House, as they talked to them about how their childhoods were different when they were growing up.
The students brought cakes in for the Residents, as well as artwork that they had painted.
Resident Mary was delighted to receive a beautiful painting of Marilyn Monroe, which she now hangs proudly in her bedroom.
Mary said: “I love having the students coming into the home. It really brightens up my day!”
