Residents from HC-One’s Highclere care home in Milton Keynes were visited, for the first time, by a group of small caring ponies.
The ponies visited the home for the first time and nearly every Residents got to see the lovely ponies along with many of their Relatives.
One Highclere Resident was particularly excited to see the ponies as she used to own horses herself when she was a little bit younger, so she has an affinity with the animal.
The Residents enjoyed few hours with the ponies and during this time they fed them plenty of food and gave them lots of petting.
One Highclere Resident asked: “When can we have them back? they were lovely.”
All the Residents, Relatives and staff all enjoyed the day in what was a lovely change and hope the ponies visit again soon.
