Luton care home, Milliner, received a very generous gift from friends, so they put it to great use and something that everyone could enjoy and have a good laugh with!
Milliner House received a £500 gift from Tesco to be used for Resident activities. After much deliberation, it was decided that they would purchase a Karaoke Machine.
Today Colleagues and Residents partied away, singing and dancing together to have a bit of fun. There were laughs and giggles and everyone gave it a go
In particular, Resident Horace was getting into the singing spirit with Carer, Amelia and Senior Carer, Alia.
Home Manager, Kathryn Sygrove, remarked, “After a few difficult months for everybody it was great to have a dance and a singalong and it was great hearing everyone join in and shouting out their requests.”
