Middlesex home greets autumn with Bonfire NightAfter a mild summer, the beautiful colours that can be seen from windows finally sees us in the season of Autumn and the events of Halloween and Bonfire Night at Aston House care home certainly confirms this!

The home held their Bonfire celebrations at Aston House. Residents and Colleagues all got into the spirit of Bonfire Night with a host of activities and the day winding up with a lavish supper.

The Colleagues and Residents made great efforts with decorations and dressing up for the occasion, creating a fun atmosphere. There was music with a medley of songs which soon had everyone singing along.

And to wrap up the evening, there were sparklers for everyone to enjoy outside the garden before enjoying mugs of hot chocolate.

Bonfire Night brought to mind memories to Residents that they enjoyed in the past. Everyone enjoyed the supper time with pleasant music and a delicious variety of food and drinks.

Resident Alice said that she enjoyed crafting the pumpkins along with Colleagues and sharing a nice hot chocolate together.

Home Manager, Seema Sandeep-Jose, commented, “"While the world outside is in uncertain times, safe inside Aston House it is good to see our Residents are carrying on with fun activities.”
