Mayor of Lincoln pays special visit to Altham Court care homeResidents at Altham Court care home in Lincoln were delighted to be joined by the city’s Mayor and Sheriff for a day of festive celebrations.

The Mayor, Keith Weaver, and Sheriff, Roy South, of Lincoln sparked up conversation with the Residents over a mince pie and hot drink, which followed a performance of Christmas carols sung by pupils from St Francis school earlier on in the day.

One Resident commented: “It was brilliant to have such important visitors coming to see us at the home. I really enjoyed speaking with the Mayor.”

Anna Livsey, Home Manager at Altham Court, said: “It was a great pleasure to welcome the Mayor and Sheriff of Lincoln to Altham Court as part of our exciting Christmas celebrations on offer to our Residents.”
