The Mayor of Barnard Castle, Sandra Moorhouse, joined HC-One’s Beaconsfield Court in Barnard Castle, County Durham, to celebrate the sixth annual Care Home Open Day on 21st April.
To celebrate in style, Sandra joined the home in their Big Sing with “you are my sunshine”. She enjoyed getting to know the Residents and visitors and spent time listening to the musical entertainment at the home.
Beaconsfield court’s Home Manager, Anne Johnson said:
“Thank you to everyone who came to take part in Care Home Open Day with us, especially Sandra Moorhouse. We all had a wonderful time meeting with our neighbours and enjoying the lovely weather.”
