The Mayor & Mayoress of Halton, Alan & Joan Lowe joined HC-One’s Beechcroft in Runcorn, to celebrate the sixth annual Care Home Open Day on 21st April.
To celebrate in style, the Mayor & Mayoress joined the home in the Great Beechcroft Bake Off and enjoyed the entertainment provided by a wonderful singer, Kath, the daughter of a resident at Beechcroft, Mr John Allen. A great day was had by all and we enjoyed sampling the cake entries and singing along.
The Alan and Joan were then given a tour of the home and met with Residents and colleagues to see first-hand the kind care being delivered.

We all had a wonderful time sitting, chatting, dancing and enjoying the wonderful cakes. In fact I can only describe the day as awesome.”
