Mayford care home team members receive award for kindnessHC-One’s The Grange care home in Mayford, Surrey is celebrating the work of two members of the care team after receiving a Kindness in Care Award for their thoughtful and conscientious attitudes.

The Kindness in Care Awards programme was launched by HC-One, a leading provider in health and social care, in October 2013. It recognises the efforts of their kindest Colleagues, and the impact they have on the lives of Residents and their loved ones. Month on month, record breaking numbers of awards are presented to colleagues, volunteers, and whole teams within the family of homes that HC-One operates across the UK.

Daniels Ogube, Kitchen and Domestic Assistant and Baarya Bashir, Care Assistant were nominated by Home Manager, Dil Perera for going above and beyond for their Colleagues and Residents of The Grange. 

The Grange Home Manager, Dil Perera said:

“It’s a pleasure to recognise the hard work of Daniels and Baarya, they are all willing to go the extra mile for Residents, their loved ones and fellow Colleagues.

“They are both truly amazing, they are what HC-One is all about.”
