Martin Vickers MP visits Clarendon Hall Care Home for UK Parliament WeekHC-One’s Clarendon Hall, in Humberston, Grimsby, was visited on Friday 3rd November by Martin Vickers, MP for Cleethorpes in the lead up to UK Parliament Week, which takes place from 6th to 12th November 2023.

This is the second year that HC-One care homes are taking part in UK Parliament Week, an annual event which aims to spread the word about what Parliament is, what Parliament does, and how individuals can get involved, take action and make an impact on the issues they care about.

Residents and colleagues of the HC-One owned home enjoyed meeting Martin Vickers for Cleethorpes and chatting to him about what life is like at Clarendon Hall – which is an integral part of the local Cleethorpes community.

Martin enjoyed taking part in the scheduled choir practice organised by Wellbeing Coordinator Hayley Sandison, in readiness for the colleague ‘Lip Sync Competition’ which is happening in December.

Resident Jean Lennox, commented:

Martin Vickers, MP for Cleethorpes stated:

“It was great to be able to visit Clarendon Hall and, once again, see the smiles on the face of residents as Hayley was leading them in a singsong.

“I look forward to my next visit.”
