Colleagues at Fazakerley House care home, in Prescot, threw a magnificent party for Resident Margaret’s birthday today.
Some of the other Residents were in attendance as refreshments including shandy, sherry and snowballs were flowing.
The chef baked a special cake for her birthday, and Margaret received many cards and presents.
Margaret’s family live in France but her daughter rang and had a good chat with her mum. Margaret told her daughter she was having a lovely day and thanked her for her presents.
Her daughter spoke to Colleagues and thanked them for taking care of her mum and said she sounded really happy on the phone!
Margaret commented, “Thank you for looking after me and making me feel special."
