Residents at Worsley Lodge in Manchester were delighted to join everyone from nearby care home Pendleton Court for some fun entertainment, as they enjoyed lunch together at Woodthorpe Pub.
After enjoying their delicious meals, Residents sang along to the performance in the pub, with some even joining in with the dancing.
One Resident commented: “I really enjoyed spending time with my friends from Pendleton Court as we sang along to the entertainment together.”
Sarah Jane Lyon, Home Manager at Worsley Lodge, said: “It was a great idea for the two care homes to come together and enjoy a day out in their local communities. Everyone enjoyed a great catch up over their lunch.”
