Cor Meibion Male Choir, Abercynon visited HC-One's Trafalgar Park Carehome for an evening of singing for Residents and family members.
The Residents were able to sing along to some very familiar songs and the Choirmaster invited everyone to sing the choruses.
Some of the choir members were relatives of some Residents, and colleagues commented on how was lovely to see them interact.
Traditional Welsh cakes and tea was served after the performance.
The Choir commented how much they love visiting the home as they feel like part of "One big family".
One Resident commented:
“It’s so lovely to hear some of the old Welsh songs that we can sing along to!”
Christine Karanja-Jones, Care Home Manager, remarked:
