The Cwm Bach male voice choir attended HC-One’s Aberpennar Court in Mountain Ash for a special performance on Saturday the 7th of April.
Jack Palmer, one of the Residents at the home was extremely pleased, as he himself was a second Tenor for 68 years with the Choir.
Jack who is 95 years old was very emotional, and thrilled that so many of the choir had turned up.
45 choir members attended and gave a wonderful performance which Residents, family, friends and members of the care team thoroughly enjoyed.
Home Manager, Alison Durbidge, remarked:
“It’s always lovely to have performers visit the home to entertain Residents but this was extra special as our Resident Jack had a special connection with the Cwm Back Choir.
We aim to make our enrich our Residents lives with a variety of activities and performances so we can continue to provide the kindest possible care.”
