Residents at Newlands care home in Heaton Moor, Stockport enjoyed a magical afternoon of classical music as a talented violinist visited the home.
Liz Wagner, a professional violinist, visited Newlands to perform a number of classical music tracks from the 1950s and 1960s.
Much to Residents’ delight, Liz provided lyric sheets so that the audience could join in by singing along.
Everyone loved listening to the relaxing music, with many dancing and singing along to the performance.
Although this was Liz’s first visit to Newlands, Residents were certainly impressed with her performance and have requested she returns to the home to perform, with one Resident commenting: “I really enjoyed that, I do hope she can come back again sometime soon.”
