HC-One’s Grosvenor House Care Home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire send their RGN, Alice, off on her retirement with a bang.
Alice Dean started working at Grosvenor House in 2011 as an RGN and has been a popular and well-loved member of the team.
The team at Grosvenor House and the Residents threw a party for Alice and clubbed together to buy her some leaving presents. She received a beautiful diamond pendant, which she was thrilled with, and pretty bouquet of flowers.
Residents and the team enjoyed a buffet lunch and a retirement cake. Everyone is sad to see her go, but wishes her a happy and long retirement.

Grosvenor House’s Home Manager, Sue Nutter commented:
“Alice has nursed for 48 years, 7 of them here at Grosvenor House. We will miss her quirky sense of humour but wish her a long and happy retirement.”
