The Daffodils care home in Merthyr Tydfil held a special day of celebrations as Residents, Relatives and Colleagues joined together to enjoy a romantic evening for Valentine’s Day.
Families and friends were invited to join Residents at the home to celebrate with their loved ones.
The team at The Daffodils were busy serving Valentine’s Day nibbles and mocktails, while everyone enjoyed entertainment by popular vocalist, Michael, who had the audience singing and dancing along.
Those taking part in the celebrations found something red to wear and donned their party hats, while chatting with family and friends and reminiscing about past Valentine’s memories.
One Resident commented: “What a fabulous evening, just like the old days!”
Janine Marouf, Home Manager, said: “Our Valentine’s Day celebrations were so lovely, it was great to see our Residents enjoying themselves with their nearest and dearest.”
