HC-One’s Greengables care home enjoyed a day of celebration as Residents were treated to some Valentine’s day surprises.
Each Resident was gifted with a rose by Colleagues, before they were all entertained by a violinist who performed a variety of classical songs to enjoy.
High tea was served for both Residents and their Relatives, which included an assortment of sandwiches, cakes and eton mess, alongside a tipple of prosecco.
To make the day of celebration even more special, two Residents, David and Freda were delighted to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary together alongside friends and family in the home.
Anne Winstanley, home manager, commented: “A wonderful day has been had by all, Residents have really enjoyed themselves and look forward to our next event.”
