Residents and Colleagues at
Avandale Lodge residential and residential memory care home, in Northwich, have had a fabulous day today, enjoying some outdoor entertainers both morning and afternoon.
Along with fellow HC-One home,
Acorn Hollow, they had the bunting flying and games such as hook-a-duck, inflatable hoopla and bowling.
Residents and staff wore leis (a Polynesian garland of flowers) around their necks and enjoyed singing along; some Residents even had a dance. It was a day thoroughly enjoyed by all and topped off with entertainer, ‘Bobby’ who sang fantastically!
Joyce, who lives at Avandale, said, “Oh what a lovely day!”
Rachael Sidebotham, Wellbeing Coordinator, commented, “Fantastic day shared with everyone at Acorn Hollow!”
Lyn Bennett, Carer, added, “I think it was a great day had by everyone!”
