Residents at Acorn Hollow Care Home recently got into the artistic mood as they enjoyed a morning of painting.
Everyone decided that they would each paint a summer scene, consisting of a beach scene and some flip flops. Residents thoroughly enjoyed this activity as they each got creative and decided what to paint themselves.
Residents thought the activity was very relaxing and it gave each person an opportunity to discuss the holidays that they have enjoyed in the past. The activity has taken place regularly over the last few months, and it has helped Residents slowly improve their painting technique.
