Alexandra Care home has recently recognised an outstanding Collegue for 20 years of service.
Becky Adams started working at Alexandra on 23rd March 1998 and has seen many changes over the years.
Becky's Grandma was admitted to the home when she was diagnosed with Dementia, and whilst this created some day to day challenges Becky was grateful of the opportunity to care for her Grandma.
Becky has enjoyed working at Alexandra for the last 20 years and feels the Residents and her Colleagues are very much like her extended family and enjoys the great relationship she has with families.
Becky always mentors new staff, has become a Senior Carer during her time at Alexandra and has also completed the Dementia Champion Training.
