HC-One’s Bankwood care home at Belper hosted a coffee morning for Residents, staff and visitors on Friday 10th March.
Visitors, including the General Practitioner and Nurse Practitioner made time in their busy schedules to come to Bankwood and enjoy a cup of coffee and a slice of cake with the Residents.
There was a lovely selection of warm and soft drinks, walnut cake, courgette and ginger cake as well as other tasty treats. Everyone took the opportunity to catch up and have a great morning.
Residents commented on how they enjoy the regular coffee mornings at Bankwood and that they thought the cakes on offer were delicious.
Later in the day, Residents Roy and June helped Wellbeing Co-ordinator Michelle distribute cupcakes and carnations to all the lovely ladies at the home as a pre-Mother’s Day celebration.
