The Home Manager at HC-One’s Huyton care home, Roby House, is encouraging positivity by introducing a new board inside the home.
Sarah Gashi, is inspiring Colleagues to leave little positive quotes for each other which is promoting a lovely atmosphere in the home and creating an aura of compassion.
The quotes are starting to mount up and Colleagues are hoping it is going to continuously grow into a tree. Each quote acting as a ‘branch’
Sarah commented, “If this is well received within the home, I am looking at presenting a tree on each floor.”
