HC-One’s Ash Court Care Home in Knotty Ash, Liverpool is celebrating having received a glowing report from CQC.
The team at Ash Court Care Home were delighted to have received an impressive Care Quality Commision report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas including ‘Environment’, ‘Care and Support’, ‘Staffing’ and ‘Management and Leadership’.
The inspectors were full of praise for colleagues at Ash Court, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. This sentiment was echoed by relatives of the Residents, who made remarks such as “"I feel mum is safe when I am not with her. I feel confident that they care as I would.”
Residents also told inspectors how happy they were with the level of support received, commenting on the care staff with compliments such as "Very good and friendly!” and one Resident said “I do feel safe here and I don't think I could find anything better."
