HC-One’s Mersey Parks care home in Liverpool turned the air green as they celebrated the patron saint of Ireland last week.
St Patrick’s Day marks the passing of St Patrick, a 4th century priest who took Christianity to Ireland. Every year thousands of people worldwide celebrate the day by wearing green and enjoying an Irish tipple.
A local singer performed as the party was in full swing, some Residents attempted the Irish jig as conversations, food and beverages flowed. The decorations gave a real St Patrick’s Day atmosphere and a great time was had by all.
