Residents at HC-One’s The Willows care home in Hinckley have been enjoying their new indoor garden area.
Pauline, Joyce and Marjorie are all Residents of the home and they spent a lovely afternoon relaxing after Colleagues decided to bring the beauty of nature indoors.
The area is decorated with pretty flowers and butterflies, as well as trees and flourishing hanging baskets.
As they sat in the area, feeling the different textures, one of the Residents commented: “These butterflies look lovely.”
The indoor garden is a gorgeous addition to The Willows and is well-used by Residents who don’t want to brave the dropping winter temperatures outside.
The Willows Home Manager, Anna Nowak, said: “We are delighted with out garden area.
“It’s something to brighten up the Residents’ daily lives.”
