On Saturday 15th May, Residents at HC-One’s
Hinckley Park care home in Leicester witnessed history as their local club, Leicester City, won the F.A Cup for the first time.
Leicestershire ground to a halt as everyone watched Leicester won the FA Cup for the first time in the club's history on Saturday. This was Leicester’s fifth F.A Cup Final and after ninety very tense minutes they came away having won 1-0 against Chelsea.
Hinckley Park is full of football fans, all of who have been in a particularly good mood since their club's historic win. As such, Residents and Colleagues celebrated with cake. Specifically cakes that Residents had decorated with the club's famous blue and white colours, a sweet treat to top off the sweetest of wins.
