Leeds care home Residents enjoy reminiscent trip to Lotherton HallResidents at Sabourn Court care home in Leeds made the most of the summer sunshine with a trip to Lotherton Hall.

The trip had been arranged at the request of the Residents, who expressed their desire to spend more time out in the community visiting places from their past.

After admiring the scenery across the grounds, Residents were delighted to meet the animals at the park and later cooled down with a refreshing ice cream.

Brian, a Resident at Sabourn Court, said: “I had a really good day and it was lovely to get out with my friends from the home.”

Fellow Residents Fred and George said: “It was a wonderful day and the weather was great. We really enjoyed seeing the animals.”
