Lakes Primary School visit Residents at Roseberry CourtLakes Primary School paid a visit to the Residents at HC-One’s Roseberry Court in Redcar earlier this month.

Everyone happily played board games together and chatted away about last week’s visit, when the teachers got up and danced together to some country and western songs, sang by local entertainer Janie, entertaining everyone.

This was the talk of the day, with the children telling everyone that their school now know how talented their teachers are, which made the Residents laugh.

When it was time for the children to go, the Residents were sad to see them leave but are glad that everyone will be returning to Roseberry Court soon.

Resident Jim Kirk commented:

“I wish they could have all stayed longer, we had such a good day.”

Resident Sylvia commented:

“They make my day, they are so lovely.”

Roseberry Court’s Home Manager, Alison Corner commented:

“It’s so nice to see how well the different generations get along together and how all parties involved get such a lot out of this activity.”
