Residents from HC-One’s Ladywood in Ilkeston took part in a sing-a-long through the window when Eleanor came to visit on Monday 23rd.
With the ongoing situation it has been a difficult time for the home and they have not been able to have as much entertainment on as they would have normally liked.
But, when Eleanor Malley came to visit Ladywood and performed through the window it gave the Residents and staff an opportunity to have a dance and break loose.
The Ladywood staff and Residents joined in through the conservatory and even local children outside in their gardens all enjoyed the music in the sunshine.
Ladywood Home Manager Donna Lukoschus said: “One of our Residents, Freda, who is on end of life care, said she could hear the music from her room and the music was lovely!”
