Three Residents of Sandon House went out for a lovely lunch at the local restaurant, The Hartshead Inn.
Joan & Winifred enjoyed beer battered fish & chips, mushy peas & tartare sauce, whilst Peggy enjoyed salmon & spring onion fish cake, new potatoes with vegetables, all washed down with a lovely cup of tea!
Residents all reminisced about past holidays and chatted away happiliy over their meals.
Peggy commented:
“ That was delicious! I’d come back here again.”
Home Manager, Louise Schofield said:
“ The Residents look forward to their weekly trips out in the minibus on a Monday. It gives them a chance to meet new people and try new places.”
