HC-One’s Chapel Level care home in Kirkcaldy has joined forces with their local Sainsbury’s as part of the supermarket chain’s 150th birthday celebration.
Kirkcaldy Sainsbury’s has kindly offered to support Chapel Level for 150 days as part of their 150th birthday celebrations, in the 150 days members of the team from Sainsbury’s will volunteer to help raise funds for Residents at the local care home. This will include joining members of the care team on a sponsored 60 mile walk across Fife’s East Coast.
The volunteers will also be helping to create a new sensory garden at Chapel Level for Residents enjoy and offering a helping hand at the home during their National Care Home Open Day celebrations on Friday 28th June which will focus on celebrating art in care and the community.
Residents and the team at Chapel Level are grateful for the support and are looking forward to working closely with the volunteers from Sainsbury’s during the coming months.
