Kinnaird Manor Care Home enjoys success in Care Inspectorate reportHC-One’s Kinnaird Manor Care Home, is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Inspectorate.The team at Kinnaird Manor Care Home was delighted to have received an impressive Care Inspectorate report that rated the home as “Very Good” in the two areas that were assessed: Care and Support, and Environment.

The inspectors were full of praise for the colleagues at Kinnaird Manor, noting that they had close relationships with Residents and understood and respected each individual’s personal preferences. The report highlighted in particular the ‘caring and kind’ interactions between colleagues and Residents, with colleagues ‘eager to deliver a high standard of care’ at all times. “Staff are wonderful and attentive”, commented one relative of a Resident at the home.

The Care Inspectorate’s report also highlighted how the home was ‘well maintained and was homely and comfortable’, citing recent refurbishment works which had added a new bistro and a number of communal areas as key to this.
