Residents at HC-One’s Melbury Court care home in Durham were delighted when Elvis tribute performer, Mike Memphis visited on Friday 11th October.
Everyone gathered in the lounge as Elvis entered the building ready to perform classic hits from the King of Rock N Roll, with many Elvis fans in the audience there was lots of singing and dancing from start to finish.
After the performance, Residents enjoyed drinks and snacks as they shared their favourite Elvis songs and talked about Mike’s performance.
Bob, a Resident at Melbury Court commented: “Mike is nearly as good as the real Elvis, he’s amazing!”
Melbury Court Home Manager said: “Mike Memphis is one of our favourite performers and always provides such an interactive and engaging show at Melbury Court.”
