HC-One’s The Beeches care home in Tameside has rewarded the kind care of two members of the team with a Kindness in Care Award.
Jonathan Lucas, Maintenance Operative at The Beeches, was the first to receive the award after helping out another manager at the home. He was congratulated for being extremely helpful and polite whenever visiting the homes, and showing that he is always happy to help whenever he can.
The second award was given to fellow HC-One Colleague, Joanne Burnett, who was nominated for the award after demonstrating her kind care for Residents, going above and beyond to prioritise their wellbeing.
Sade, Wellbeing Coordinator at The Beeches, said: “It’s so lovely to see my Colleagues being recognised for their hard work, especially when the nominations have come from members of other homes.”
