Colleagues at HC-One’s Fazakerley House came together to congratulate members of Housekeeping as they were presented with Kindness in Care awards for the hard work they have shown in the home.
Jane Lunt and Nicola Sinclair were nominated by Residents who have recognised their hard work, and this has made the awards even more special to receive. Everyone recognised their approach to everything they do within the home, as well as how they always go the extra mile for Residents, going above and beyond what is expected of them.
Stephanie Molden, Home Manager, commented: “These awards are so significant as they are based on the comments of our Residents and it is clear that Jane and Nicola are thoroughly deserving of these awards due to the effort and kind care they always show.”
