HC-One’s Ash Grange care home in Walsall is celebrating the success of Wellbeing Co-ordinator Racheal Lloyd who received a Kindness in Care Award for the great work she delivers for Residents on a daily basis.
Racheal was nominated for a Kindness in Care Award by Tom Davis, who is a relative of a Resident at Ash Grange.
Tom stated that Racheal is has a great attitude and is always kind and considerate to all. He also commented that she often goes the extra mile to meet the needs of the Residents.
