HC-One’s The Birches Care Home, is celebrating the success of its Care team who received a Team Kindness in Care Award for the great work that they deliver on a daily basis.
The Care Team were nominated by the family of a Resident at The Birches, who gave them a glowing review for their hard work and dedication. The team were praised for always going the extra mile to deliver the very kindest care and for making their family member’s life as full as possible.
HC-One The Birches Home Manager, Robert Ainslie, said:
