HC-One’s Catmoor House Care Home in Perth is celebrating the work of Home Manager Carol Riley, who has received a Kindness in Care Award for being the most caring, kind and compassionate person.
Carol started at Catmoor House in March 2014 and is loved and respected by all of her Colleagues and the Residents, so much so that she was nominated for the Kindness in Care Award by not only her Deputy Manager, Clair McDonald, but also Resident Isa Renolds.
Isla wrote on her nomination card:
“Carol is very kind and lovely and despite being the boss she is still very approachable. She speaks to me daily and makes my day every day, she is just perfect for the job; she is the most caring, kind and compassionate person.”
