Kindness celebrated at Barnard Castle care homeHC-One’s Beaconsfield Court care home in Barnard Castle is celebrating the hard work of the whole team who have been awarded a Kindness in Care Award.

The Kindness in Care awards programme was launched by HC-One, a leading provider in health and social care, in October 2013. It recognises the efforts of their kindest colleagues, and the impact they have on the lives of residents and their loved ones.

Laura Langridge, Home Manger at Beaconsfield Court nominated the whole team for all of their dedication to providing the kindest care, their hard work was also acknowledged in their recent internal inspection where the home achieved a ‘Blue 5’. 

Linnie Kavanagh, a Resident at the home proudly presented the team with their Kindness in Care certificate along with a special gift hamper filled with delicious sweet treats for the hard-working group.
Beaconsfield Court Home Manager, Laura Langridge said: “I am proud to work with such an amazing group of people, each and every person was deserving of the Kindness in Care award.”

Located on Galgate, Beaconsfield Court offers short and long term support for older members of the community needing residential care. The home is also celebrating achieving a 9.7/10 average user rating on the sectors leading comparison website, carehome.co.uk.
