The Polegate's floor Nurse Assistant Hayley Jupp, Deputy Manager Cherry Aquino and HCA Hannah Bevan have been nominated by her peers for going above and beyond in their Kindness in Care given to the Polegate Residents.
Staff have been described as ‘rays of sunshine’ and adding support and stability during such difficult times.
Everyone was so shocked, and one Colleague said “Oh really? Wow that’s so nice thank you”.
A Resident commented, “That’s lovely and so well deserved. We are so proud of all the staff at The Polegate for their support in this time” and all Residents were pleased to join in with the celebration.
Home Manager, Emma Louise Rich-Spice, commented, “I am incredibly proud of how this team have pulled together during this time and it’s wonderful they all got this recognition”.
