One Resident of HC-One’s Swallownest Care Home, was overwhelmed when kind staff from the home went out of their way to get him ready for his daughter’s wedding celebration.
Simon Richards had been unable to attend the ceremony in the Dominican Republic due to ill health however the staff at Swallownest were determined he would not miss the celebration once she was home.
In true fairy godmother style, they got Simon all dressed up and looking fabulous before arranging his own Pumpkin Carriage (in the form of a minibus!) to get him to the party. Simon had a wonderful time and loved celebrating with his daughter.
Simon remarked:
“I have had such a wonderful time. Thank you for making this happen!”
