HC-One’s Jack Dormand Care Home in Peterlee, County Durham raised a glass to the happy couple this weekend.
Local singer Barry visited the home in the morning to entertain everyone, whom the Residents absolutely loved, before gathering into the lounge to watch the Royal Wedding.
All of the ladies and staff wore either an English hat or a fascinator which they commented really made them feel the part, and everyone had flags and banners to wave throughout the day.
There wasn’t a dry eye in the house and the Residents enjoyed reminiscing on the past royal weddings and their own wedding days.
