Young met old as Residents from Pendleton Court care home in Salford enjoyed taking part in a local intergenerational scheme.
Residents visited The Angel Centre to take part in the home’s regular intergenerational session with students at a local nursery.
The hall was filled with laughter as Residents chatted to the nursery children, with many singing nursery rhymes and poems to them.
Residents then enjoyed a creative session with the children as they coloured in a variety of different colouring patterns, with many teaching the children how to shade within the lines.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the session, as one Resident commented: “What lovely students! I really enjoyed helping them to colour in.”
