Sabourn Court care home in Leeds was delighted to receive a visit from the local nursery for a morning filled with fun activities for Residents to join in with.
Students from the local nursery began the morning with a sing-along, which Residents loved joining in with.
Staff from the nursery also brought along a book that the children had been reading: We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, which inspired Residents and students to take part in some woodland-themed crafts.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the activities, as the children and Residents engaged in conversation and were smiling from ear-to-ear as they told each other jokes.
One Resident commented: “It was so nice to see the little children this morning. I love how excited and happy they are.”
