A harvest festival held at HC-One’s Seabrooke Manor care home in Ilford helped Residents to meet new people, make new friends and have meaningful moments in the company of others.
The event was also in support of Silver Sunday, which helps combat loneliness within the community and helps to increase happiness and wellbeing.
Seabrooke Manor welcomed members of the local community to mark the start of the autumn season on Friday, October 5 and hosted a range of harvest-themed activities as well as live entertainment with refreshments.
Residents and staff donated remaining harvest collection goods to their neighbours and Fernway’s Assisted Living Complex, who commented:
“Thank you so much for supporting us with your kind donation.”
