Residents at The Oakes care home in Huddersfield showed off their inner artists as the home prepared for Harvest Festival 2019.
Everyone enjoyed a creative and fun-filled afternoon as Residents made fruit and vegetable-themed decorations from paper mache, before painting them in lovely green, orange and red colours.
The art session was enjoyed by many Residents, as they discussed memories of Harvest Festival celebrations in previous years.
The home has proudly displayed the decorations ready for The Oakes’ Harvest Festival event on Friday 27th September.
One Resident commented: “I loved that. We had such fun and laughed so much.”
